This information is submitted via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form processing service, and forwarded to our Gmail inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission data in order to deliver it. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Why We Collect It

The data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your booking enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, share it with third parties beyond those named in this policy, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

The legal basis for processing contact form data is legitimate interest — you have initiated contact and we need your details to respond. The legal basis for analytics is legitimate interest in understanding how the website performs.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for up to 12 months and then deleted. If your enquiry leads to a booking, we may retain relevant correspondence for up to 3 years for business record purposes. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).
